| About the Society for Responsible Preventive Imaging The Society for Responsible Imaging (SRPI) is an organization of imaging centers and some of the most respected physicians, medical professionals and directors in the nation that are affiliated with those centers. SRPI was formed to help preserve the reputation and value of legitimate preventive radiologic services and to guide facilities to improve practices and policies. Our mission is to responsibly promote the benefits of high-speed, low-radiation electron beam tomography (EBT) technology to medical professionals, associations, and the general public. EBT is currently the only imaging technology that is FDA approved for coronary artery calcium scoring, a medically proven predictor of heart disease.
